If only you knew how proud I am of you

Two Entity

What's normal to you might strike a bit odd to me. What's normal to me, might seem peculiar to you.

How I live my life might be dull compared to your vibrant life. And how you seek an escape from your life might be too adventurous to me.

When I feel rain, you get wet.
The weather is cold to me, but to you its cozy warm.

You wish for a unicorn, I wish for a mermaid.
I was the daydreamer, you were the stargazer. 

What's bitter on my tongue, is what sweetness on yours. 

What's spicy to you, is what tasty to me.

When I find words are comforting, you find pictures are soothing. 

When you seek sanctuary by reading, I seek serenity by painting.

Where the beach is my soul, the forest is your heart. 

When dawn overwhelms you, dusk warms my heart.

Who I thought was a companion, you thought he was an opponent. 

Or who you thought was dashing, I found him dowdy.

How you thought love is an excuse, I thought love is an escape.

You and I, are both innate and complicated. You and I bear resemblances yet so different. You and I, we're a bunch of arcane creatures. But you and I, we are living in two different worlds. 

You live your life, I'l live mine.

Don't go venturing into my life.
Don't ask me to embrace your life as if my life is not worth living.
Don't tell me I have no life just because we have different taste for life.
