Eighteen

A very good day to you. Today is 30th of December. I was born on this date 18 years ago. For that, I thank ALLAH for giving me a chance to live in this world, I thank my ummi for conceived me for the long 9 months, I thank my abah for taking care of me like a princess for these 18 years, and I thank my friends for remembering today, as the day I have turned 18. Thank you, thank you. 

I’m getting older, which also means, I am getting closer to death. Aisyah, Happy 18th Birthday. :)

Jaded

Wow, it's been weeks since the last post. Wow. Never mind. I'm home now. Free from all the classes and examinations and presentations and quizzes and assignment and projects. Eh, tak juge, GC ada assignment baru untuk cuti nih and i want to redo my ED projects for the holidays. insya-allah sempat.

 Okay. Just got back from Tambun. A vacation at Tambun was something I really really needed. Agak penat jugak duduk kat asrama for a couple of weeks dengan assignment GC yang continuously flowing dan project ED yang sentiasa perlu hadapi sleepless nights. It was an opportunity to refresh my jaded spirit. So when the opportunity knocked up, I just grabbed it away. Have a good holiday everybody!

Semester Dua

Well, it's been a week since the second semester started. I only had 4 classes this week. The first and the second day saw me and my friends wandering around the campus just to find some confirmations regarding our classes. But it's good to be back to the old campus. It surely feels good to be away from home for a while after 3 weeks of semester break.

And today, we had to do some jalan-jalan around PJ for our ED assignment. First assignment pun agak mencabar, dan mendebarkan. We also had Mahabbah Day today. Mahabbah day is specially for AED students. the day where we kembali ke zaman skola dengan main tiup belon sampai pecah, belon air, tarik tali dan byk lagi. Actually, I did sign up my name for two activities, but in the end, I became one of the cheerleader girls, holding the G-R-E-E-N signs.

Tak sabar pula nak balik rumah minggu depan. Spending a weekend in this old campus is not as bad as I thought and it's quite fun hanging around with some friends. But, the thought of going home still stuck in my mind.

I Need Some Sleep

I can't really sleep. Usually, at this time, I would be on my bed, dozing off till my mum wakes me up for subuh. And usually, when I cant sleep, I keep on thinking about the past. I wish I could turn back the time. I'd redeem my mistakes. I'd say those words that I didn't manage to utter because of my ego. I'd  mend back the things that are now are officially broken. Mostly, I'd want to end it all before it was even started. 

Carnival of Rust

There's this feeling, deep in my bottomless heart, that i actually cant wait to start the new semester. Basically, life at home is pretty boring and there's nothing much to do around the house. There's nothing good on the tv and and my bro bought some silly video games for the xbox. How am i going to enjoy the games if he only bought those zombie-shooting games? I managed to go for a jog this morning but then i ate nasi lemak for breakfast. Good job Aisyah. Can't believe I'm missing my busy days.

Semester Satu

Finally, finally, finally!! the FINAL EXAM has ended last wednesday. Alhamdulillah. All went well. Terasa lega sangat2. Bila habis tulis jawapan last kat paper INTRODUCTION TO MATHEMATICS FOR BUILT ENVIRONMENT, aku rasa macam nk jerit. Dan cuti semester pun start. Eh, tak sangka. Dah habis satu semester rupanyer, maknanya, I've survived a semester in UIA.Apa pun, time flies really fast eh? Rasa mcm baru je semalam aku dtg asasi UIA ni. Aku still ingat first day kat UIA. Everything seemed so new, so strange, so big. Awkward x payah cakap laa. New faces, new environment, new rules, new life. Everything was new...and awkward. But yeah, I've survived the whole semester, thanks to ALLAH.

Eid Mubarak

Visiting my kampung is always a thrill to me and celebrating Hari Raya in kampung is always a BLAST!

SORRY SORRY - SUPER JUNIOR

today is the 10th day of puasa. lagi 20 hari nak raya ( yeaayy ! ). so, formal class dah habis. starting next week, hanya revision period je.

a few days back was a bit dull and kinda depress. deadline for magazine, tasmi' and also SPEAKERS' CORNER. but alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly.



actually, i'm getting very maaaalaaasss nk online FACEBOOK, BLOG lagi2 MYSPACE. klu online pun, dlm 10 minutes like that. ntahlaa...maybe this is a sign that means, aisyah....buat revision...study...


so, skang ni, klu online, i just visit YOUTUBE to watch KOREAN DRAMAS, tak pun layan komik BABY BLUES. lagi best.

but yeah, i'll try my best to online facebooooook or upadate my bloooog. well, sampai disini sahaja post hamba. izinkan hamba mengundur diri. BABAI!

Assignments

Assignments. Lots and lots and lots of assignments. Ok. masih boleh tahan. Tambah lagi dengan presantations, quizzes and...oh yeah, mggu depan MID-TERM TEST. GASP!
Masih boleh tahan. No worries. INSYA-ALLAH I can do it. Tidur pukul 4am, bangun pukul 6.30 am. Ok, boleh tahan. Class 4 hours straight. No worries. Subjek economics yang mmg tak faham. Terpaksa tahan. Eh, lupa nak basuh baju. Tak apa, malam boleh basuh. Alamak, tak gosok tudung lagi. Tak apa, pakai tudung semalam. Eh, laparrr. Alah, maggi ada. Badan kurang sihat. Tak apa, servis klinik FREE.
Tapi yang tak tahan,

Oh madam, kne redo jugak ke ?The next yg kurang tahan,

Oh, redo sir ? owh, ok.Campus life. Interesting, but quite stressing. Well, I'm enjoying my campus life. Harsh, but fun.

Cuti MC

Guess what? It's Tuesday and I'm home !

Well, yesterday perhaps was one of the the worst days ever in my life. Why? Kaki saya terseliuh. First time in my life, first time in this 18 years, kaki aku terseliuh. Sakit. Sebelum ini, aku memang selalu berhati-hati kalau nak turun tangga. But yesterday...first time in my life, and I was away from my family.

But that's not all. My mom was admitted to the Putra Medical Center, yesterday. A minor accident. ALHAMDULILLAH. Nothing's serious..

Luckily, aku balik rumah memandangkn bengkak di kaki semakin besar dan biru. Terus pergi Putra Medical Center and luckily, tak patah tulang, Cuma pakai 'stoking' je. Pagi ini, bengkak semakin surut. Dah tak sesakit mcm semalam. ALHAMDULILLAH.

Ada hikmah disebalik apa yg berlaku. Maybe ini amaran yang menunjukkn I have to be extra careful next time. Maybe ALLAH kasi peluang nak siapkn assignment GC yang tak perfect lagi. Well, what to do. Things happen beyond our expectation. The worst part, I missed my first Mathematics class.

Apa pun, pengalaman terseliuh kaki ini sangat berharga. Experience is far more precious than gold. Well, it's been a very bad week for everyone, not just me, but also my friends...

Sketching Workshop

Buenos Dias everybody.

Semalam yang letih. I went to this SKETCH WORKSHOP in UIA GOMBAK That went on from 9am to 6 pm. Tempoh yg lama. Sampai tepu otak. UIA GOMBAK was HUGE! Especially KAED Dept. The last time I was there when I was in form 3. I'll be studying there next year. Insya-allah.




We learnt so many interesting things about sketching. For example, the right way to hold a pencil, the right way to color and how to draw a straight line without using a ruler and eraser. Tak sangka, byk jugak mistakes aku dlm sketching ini. The best part was, the lecturer, Bro Ruzaimi taught us how to create a perfect perspective. Terasa bahagia bila dapat lukis gamba rumah dengan betul.



that's Bro Ruzaimi. Nampak tak FABER CASTELL saya ? Hehehe. Dapat free.Aand I also bought his book, on how to sketch. Bro Ruzaimi ada degree dalam architecture, and master dlm landscape architecture. So far, he has about 500++ skecthings. Cara dia mewarna mmg SUPERB. Cara dia control pencil mmg AMAZING.



Actually, pesertanya tak sampai 20 orng. But, the less, the merrier, sebab Bro Ruzaimi dapat fokus terhadap seorang demi seorang. And he managed to point out my mistakes. Even the silliest and the simplest mistake can effect the whole drawing.


Ini hasil mewarna aku atas bimbingan Bro Ruzaimi. Byk lagi kena improve.

And more and more and more rejection. I have wasted 12 A3 papers and baru 2 paper dah siap. 2 hours per each paper. Lalala.

It's Been A Week

It's been a week since I left home. A week staying in the MAHALLAH KHADIJAH HOSTEL. Haha, it was really fun staying in the hostel actually. Although you have to be on your own two feet, it's still fun staying in the hostel.

My first day in CFS IIUM, I was a little bit feeling kinda homesick. It was sure different when you are apart from your family. I mean, you have spent 18 years with your family. And suddenly, out of the blue, you are on your own. I did miss my mom n dad.

The second day was a bit tiring. We had to sit for the EPT and APT test, which will determine our length of programme. For AED student like me, whether it is a one-year programme or two-years
programme. EPT was just ok, but APT.....I was speechless. Currently, i am hoping for 2-years programme. but, I dont really mind if they place me in the one-year programme. jimat masa kot!

The third day. Oh my. The weather was really really hot. I couldnt stand the heat. I felt very dizzy, I felt like I was going to faint, my eyes kept twiching all the time and my baju kurung was getting wet. YUCKS!

The fourth day was fun, because I can finally get along with my roommates. One's from GOMBAK, one's from BATU CAVES and the other one's from KELANTAN. They were funny all the time. Silly jokes and silly quotes made me just laugh all the day. I am lucky to have roomates like y'all.

The fifth was the last day of ta'aruf week. I had a sore throat, it even hurts until now. I've been singing that CFS song so loudly that I'm still in pain. Oh yeah, I finally met Fatin Aminah after all these 6 years. It was really really nice to meet you. REALLY! And, I really didn't expect to see BRP students here, except my classmates. I met Amirul Faisal, who is taking medic, Hafizuddin, majoring in physical science, Naim, who is taking economics, Aishah Anuar, engineering, oh yeah, Adleena, who is now in Nilai Campus for economics.

I think, I'm gonna be just fine in here. The activities in here seems fun. And i am looking forward for my classes next week. I cant hardly wait for my mathematics class. It'll be awesome if we learn chemistry, though. I miss learning chemistry.

Oh yeah. Last last. The total performances of CFS IIUM students were great during the cultural night and bai'ah ceremony, especially the dikir barat. Sooo funny and sooo creative. Well done!

Well, that's just all for today, perhaps for this week. As you know, we have to use english and arabic as our medium, soo, I'm practicing my english by posting this post in english. Maybe I'll post my next post in arabic ? hehehehe...ila li qa'
