Biingnyeolii

I can't recall when was the last time I watched a Korean drama. Perhaps it was last month, or last year, until recently. I actually managed to steal some moments, despite of all the assignments and projects, to watch Chuno/Slave Hunters. I watched it several years ago, but only the last episodes. This time, I watched it from the scratch. From the very first episode to the very last one. And may I say, I cried like hell.

Goodness, I can't even remember when was the last time I cried while watching a drama. I've gone soft, haven't I?

I think everybody knows how the the story goes. It is set during the Josean Dynasty. Yeah, it is an action historical drama. But as always, it revolves around love. Love for the people and for the nation. My favourite character is the strong but gentle, General Song Tae Ha. Why? Sebab dia macho. Hehehe.

Words cannot describe this story. It was pure awesome. And the soundtracks are just awesome. Like I said, I cried a lot throughout the drama. I cried when Dae Gil dreamt about Eonnyeon, I cried when Dae Gil tried to find his compeer, I cried when Hanseoum died, I cried when Song Tae Ha discovered his dead family, I cried and cried, and I was awestruck by the gentleness of Song Tae Ha. I wish they are planning on doing the second season.

You see, Korean dramas aren't my things. I only watched several dramas that are worth to watch and one of them is Chuno. So, yeaah, I love this drama. I love the scenery depicted in this drama, I love the fighting scenes, I love the storyline, I love the love stories between Dae Gil, Eonnyean and Song Tae Ha, but I love Song Tae Ha the most. Hehe. This thing's gonna be in my dreams for a while.
